convert Rope to Electric Start?

Hey guys I have a 15hp Johnson 15R78B and I want to put an electric start on it. how hard is this? and where does the starter mount? I figure I have to buy a mounting bracket. Can someone help me find a kit?

It won't come cheap.

I'd look for a boat/outboard salvage yard to get parts from. It will probably be your cheapest option. The mounting bracket, wiring harness, and other parts should be ok. I'm not sure about trusting that a starter from a junk yard would work.
You could also buy a parts engine. Sometimes you can find one for a good price.
