Converting 30" to 25" shaft

Can anyone tell me the expense/headache involed in converting a 1999 Mercury 250 from a 30" shaft to a 25" shaft, and is it worth the hassle?

i think you should consider a hydrolic jack plate.

why do u need to do this

u need
drive shaft
midsection
exhaust tuner
