Converting Air Box on '94 60 HP from Screws to Bungees

I know some of the more modern air boxes are held on with bungee cords and i'm just wondering if there would be any issues with rigging up a bungee system to hold the front of the air box on so it's easier to access the carbs for servicing/winterizing.

Sure, Anything that makes life easier on an outboard can't be bad. Living in the Northern bush country, I am always trying to get things lighter and access faster. We call these "bush" modifications.
