My current trailer has bunks on it that need replaced. I was thinking about converting to rollers in place of the bunks. Is it hard to do and is it worth it? I'm young and don't have a problem pushing the boat off and on but I'd like to be able to stay dry when launching in cold weather.
Thank you

You'll end up spending much more on brackets/rollers than you think. I'd just replace the bunks.

agreed, most people covert rollers to bunks not the other way around.

slides work well.... if you have your heart set on rollers start shopping craigslist for a roller trailer.... will cost way less than converting
