Hello again,

I have a chance to pick up a 1980's Glastron 16 footer with a 1985 90 HP Johnson Model # J90MLCOS for what seems to be a good deal. The owner stated over the phone that the engine came off a poontoon boat that had two engines. I asked him which way the prop would spin if moving the boat forward thru the water and he said counter clockwise (left hand rotation). Is it possible to convert it over to clockwise (right hand rotation)? Most props I see are for a RH rotation. Is one better that the other? Thanks for any help.

Hello Water-N-Oil,
Presto-change-oh! Your motor is now a standard rotation!
Actually, there's no such animal as a CC 90hp, so you're good to go...

Hey Chinewalker,

Sweet! I haven't seen the boat/motor yet so I'm going off of what the owner was telling me over the phone. Thank you for the info. We appreciate it.
