Thanks Steel, The steering setup is a teleflex but it doesn't use a steering wheel. It uses a lever which moves parellel to the length of the boat. All three controls; steering lever, throttle and FNR are on the side of the hull. A feller has to have 2 hands on the end of his right arm OR one heck of a long left arm to drive the boat comfortably. Just might try to move everything to the back seat if it's possible. I inherited the boat, motor and trailer in like new condition. I don't think the motor saw much use (less than 30 hrs.) so I can afford to invest some money in fixing it up. The boat dealer is close to where the outfit is stored. I'll talk at him this weekend. Thanks again
