I've got a '94 with a 5.0L and alpha 1. I bought it used last summer.
While changing the oil, I noticed the large coolant hose from the transom to the power steering cooler has been worn almost thru from the steering mechanism.
Should that hose be a molded type or just regular hose?
The reason I ask, is it looks like it should have a formed elbow so it clears the steering better.

If it's a molded type hose, I'll need to figure out the part number.

Nope,.... That's the hull's hin number,...

You want the motor's serial number, or the transom shield's serial number, or possibly the drive's serial number,...

Got the new hose installed and of course discovered another problem. Bilge hose was split and noticed the bilge pump mounting tangs were broken, so it doesn't sit properly.
Replaced the bilge hose and ordered another pump.

Thanks again for the help
