At work we have a 02 Mercury 90hp three cylinder, noticed no water coming from the tale tale during operation so we hooked up water to the factory flush hose. Water doesn't seem to be going thru the jacket and not much leaving lower unit. Thought we might have shells in water jacket, pulled the themostat and waterpump all looks normal. Blew compressed air into the water hoses and block all still looks good. Still no water when running or flushing no overheat signal and temp gauge right on normal. What gives?
