I have a 1996 proline 211 wac that I repowered with a 200 4 Stroke Suzuki. I was wondering if any one had an idea of what prop works the best. It came with a 3 x 16 x 20 and takes a little bit of time to get on plane. Top RPM is 4900 to 5300 .

Welcome to Iboats,

Is wot rpm range 4900 to 5300 as factory stated, if so, need to go for a wot spin as loaded and report max rpm achieved on flat calm water cond to check if motor runs inside its min-max wot rpm range so to know if current prop is doing its homework right or not

Be aware that a bad transom/motor height, along bad trim and propped wrong accounts for less or slow motor performance when out of the hole. If combo doesn't count with a tach, must install one prior going for the wot test..

Happy Boating

Sounds like throttle is not opening up as that motor should turn 6000RPM..it ought to be a steady pull to get on plane with that prop ..within 10-25 seconds
