Correct electronic ignition module for a 1991 Mercruiser 5.7L Ski engine

I've been checking on the iboats web site and they list two different electronic ignition modules for the same year Mercruiser 5.7L Ski engine (neither of which match my serial number as best I can tell). Pertronix only lists one module for any year 5.7L Ski.

Does anyone know which electronic ignition units will fit this engine?

Serial number is: C 864791 L

If the module is mounted on the exhaust elbow, the Oem number is 821125A1

If mounted on the distributor, 805361T6 is the one you want.

Sorry- I believe I accidentally misled you. This engine currently has a points system- I'm looking to convert this engine to an electronic ignition. I'm trying to figure out what _conversion_ module would fit in the distributor of this engine. Sorry for the confusion.
