Correct gas/oil mixture

I just bought a 1969 Johnson 55hp outboard motor and I need the correct gas/oil mixture for this motor.

This post should be in Outboard Engines & Troubles, but,,,,, SELOC sells a good manual that covers that engine. I have it and it says 50:1 1 pint of oil per 6 gallons of gas.

Yes 50:1 Is the correct mixture. And what do you know ther is JB being an ass again
