Correct Pitch

I Have A 115 Johnson V4 On A 16ft Hydo Sport Center Console. Can Anyone Tell Me What The Correct Pitch For The Prop Should Be For Best performance Of My engine. Thanks

What pitch do you have now? What rpms are you making at wide open throttle? What year is your motor?

Normally as a rule of thumb and past practice..... a 17" pitch is a good all around pitch for the 115.

a 17 should be good..if you over rev..go up to a 19
