correct plugs?

what plugs would be best for my 1996 8 hp Evinrude mod E8REVC? I never know whether i'll get leaded or non leaded (sin plomo)gasolina, thought it is (gratefully!) only 15 cents a gallon here.....

If that's a E8REUC, it's a 1997 model you have there. 1996 should be E8REDC.<br /><br />Spark plugs recommended are Champion QL77JC4 for regular or heavy duty use, or optionally QL86C for improved trolling. Right in the middle is the QL82C, which should be an all around good performer and I'm trying it next season.<br /><br />Gap is .030" (0.8mm) for all of 'em.
