Serial plate says 80 horses at 4500 RPM, the boat had two props that came with it. One has 10x14 (I think) stamped in it, and the other has 10x11 stamped in it. Which should I use? Does anyone know what the "stock" prop OMC part # is, those are a lot more clear to read on both props. Thanks! Boat is a 17ft, 700lb MFG Edinboro special.

Original 68 brochure indicaters 85hp was a 68 motor.rated 4000 to 5000 rpm.Motor was delivered with a prop best suited to the application.
If you have a working tach and a gps do a lightly loaded test with each prop and get us as much info as possible.Only way to tell if the setup works and what prop selection likely will work best.I would expect the 14 to be sluggish.

You are very limited regarding prop choices for that engine. They are 10 X 12, 10 x 11, and 10 X 9 1/4. Most of the time the 10 x 9 1/4 is the best choice. The stock prop was a 10 1/4 X10, which is no longer available. Another prop, that is also no longer available was a 9 1/2 X 10. I don't ever recall a 10 X 14 being offered by OMC. Perhaps by Michigan...

Unfortunately the prop chart here for that motor doesn't make sense.
Sizes go from 11" to 23". It does appear your 11 is closest to what you need.
Give us the details on your boat. And see if you can get us those performance numbers.
