Trying to find the correct spark plug for my 1990 TJ40ELESR Johnson. Engine currently has Champion QL78C installed. Different plug manufacturers have different plugs listed that don't cross to one another. Projected tip vs. non-projected tip? Resistor plug vs. standard plug?

I read somewhere the "Q" series Champion plug is specifically designed for the VRO/OMS systems. Since I removed the oil line and went pre-mix does that change anything?

Sorry for all the questions but any help would be very appreciated.

Inductive supressor plug 'Q' is fine, whether or not OMS/VRO is used or not. It will help prevent electrical noise from affecting electronic devices (depth finder, GPS, etc.). Do NOT use a resistor plug, period!
