My SELOC manual say L19V.

I found a catalog online that lists L76V for my motor.

Then I saw this note on Westmarines web site.

"Spark Plug Application Note: Due to changes in fuel composition brought about by the use of detergent additives and oxygenated components, changes have taken place recently in spark plug technology. Some plugs have been redesigned to accommodate the different heat ranges required for reformulated fuel. Before you order a spark plug, be sure to consult the manufacturers most current reference guide. Dont assume that you can simply replace an existing plug with the same model because the heat range may have changed, which could adversely affect engine performance."

So, does anyone have the latest info on which plug to use?

Also, are all L76V plugs the same? Is there a marine version, an auto version, etc?

Thanks for your help!
Confused in Denver
