Hi all, got me new (to me) outboard yesterday. 1999 Johnson 130. Runs great, but has a little idle skip and I was wondering if I have the right plugs in, plus I want to get new ones.

I have Champion QL78YC in there now, is that correct?

Thanks as always.

I believe all the loopers use QL78YC's... I believe you're good to go...I don't have my service info here today.

Re: Correct Spark Plug?

It's the type of induction...the older versions were "crossflow induction". The looper has better torque and power.
