Correct timing for '75 302 888 Mercruiser

furhermore...if you changed your points or not,you should if they have more than two seasons on them.....dwell meter is necessary....JK

Better yet invest in a Pertronix II ignitor to replace your points. Better and more consistant spark and you never have to worry about burned points or dwell settings again.
