Cost to reseal Volvo Penta Dp_Sm

I have a 2001 Volvo penta 1:95 volvo duo prop. I had a vacum issue at the prop shaft. Pressure test was ok. I am wondering if anyone has any idea what a reseal would cost? I have a quote for 850.00. Can someone tell me if thats to high or aboout right. The drive has about 400 hours on it in freshwater and is stored outside in winter and in water 6 months a year. Any opinions would be great.

Your numbers really doesn't tell us anything. We need to know what parts and how many hours of labor, along with anything else that was also in the quote. It would also help to know if that is US dollars or ?????

That is for a complete reseal of the lower unit in US dollars. I have no idea how many hours it takes to reseal the drive I never asked, do you have any idea how many hours it takes to reseal the entire lower unit.
