The assembly on the port side is a Power Lift Kit [No Trim] sold for 70HP & 75HP Long and 85HP, 115HP and 135HP motors 1972 through 1977.

The part number is 172189, 172509, 172485 or 172594 apparently depending mostly on the year.

What you have there is 2 different units. 1 to tilt the motor, the other is a jack plate that raises & lowers the motor to adjust the depth of the prop in the water which effects performance. As was stated, that style tilt unit was used up through 1977.

It only has a "up" and "down" button on the control, which tilts the motor...does the "trim" function at the same time??
