counter rotation question

there is a counter rotating evinrude on craigslist that would fit the bill for my boat. Are there any drawbacks to running one cr outboard?

Prop selection is harder to find and more expensive. If the Helm is on the starboard side the prop torque may make it lean toward starboard.
