Countering prop torque

Hi

My question relates to the fin that is used to counteract the effect of prop torque on the steering.

Is the fin able to make the steering nuetral or will one allways feel the effect of prop torque, albeit reduced, irrespective of how far the fin is set?

i would say it depends on the boat, with most boats having only a little effect on steering feel if the tab is adjusted correctly. so yes in some cases you will still feel the prop torque no matter what.
