I recently purchased a 1984 Mariner 9.9 motor for my small boat. The motor runs, but I wanted to do some pm on it and have a couple of questions. I drained the lower unit to replace the gear lube. The lube I drained was green. The replacement lube I purchased is "Super Tech Marine SAE 80W-90 Lower Unit Gear Lube", and its not green. Did I get the right stuff? Also, I want to change the spark plugs. What is the correct gap? Any perfernce on plugs? TIA
