Whenever I use my pontoon the 12 cup holders are always dirty, so I clean the insides.
I was wondering if anyone has come up with a good idea to cover or plug them up with something until they were ready to be used?

You could make some plugs out of the waterproof foam that they make
some of the kid's float boards out of, then put a nylon string thru the middle with a
button on the string to pull the plug out. I hope you can follow my thought pattern.
Good luck, john
ps, or you could shape them like a mushroom and lift it out by the top.

a boat cover works and bonus it keeps the whole boat clean

you could easily cut some wood plugs out of plywood with two holesaws... one that just fits and one that is just a little too big... put two circles together and wrap the smaller one with peel n stick weatherstripping foam
