crack in hull - need your expertise!

First timer and need help. I have ripped out my transom but am stopped until I know what to do to solve this problem.

Crack in hull at bottom motor mount point. Water does penetrate. Removed rotten transom, and see that the materials the hull is made of have delaminated. What do you suggest is the proper course of action to fix...

Inside: Crack in left motor mount; delamination

Ayuh,....

Grind it out abit, Putty it back in+ continue Fixing the rest of it....

Once the New plywood is glassed in,.. That crack will be nothing but a Memory....
