Crack in Keel Part 2

Marine texed keel . Is one coat good enough? Still planning on putting mat and epoxy resin. Have over half the can left don't mind using it.

Number of coats does not make a difference. Fill the crack to the level of the surface with Marine Tex and have a go with the glass.
