Cracked cylinder Johnson 110 - is repair possible?

This engine has a badly cracked cylinder, which also damaged the piston. Can a new sleeve be installed or is its life over? If I tear the engine down, can a shop replace the cylinder, then I can put it all back together, with a new piston/ring/bearings, etc.
I need to do as much as I can myself, since I can't afford to put it in the shop.
Thanks for any advice...

Yes they can be resleeved. But you may want to check into the cost. I've not yet had one done and don't really know what kind of price you would be looking at. Maybe one of the other guys will.

A marine machine shop can do that no problem. If you have trouble finding one in your area just let us know. There are some real good ones out there that can do the job and supply all the needed aprts. Or do the complete deal and all you do is reinstall it.
