cracked spark plug

I was in the process of removing, cleaning and reinstalling the spark plugs on my '95 Merc XRi 150. There is a split going lengthwise along the white ceramic(?) part of the plug. This probably happened upon reinstallation.

Question is, do I need to replace that plug before I take the boat out again or can I get away with one trip on the water?

After thinking about it more, I think I know the answer -- replace it!
I'm concerned about the plug arcing or something like that probably.
