It may not have a transmission in the bottom end at all. There could be a flexable shaft running from the motor to the prop shaft via the now empty electric motor housing. Or is there too much of a bend at the base?<br /><br />Dave

if you read his feed back, he talks of shipping the gears and other people cmplaining that he hasnt "sent me my gears yet"<br /><br />who knows, im not paying 30 bucks to find out.<br /><br />you could basically do the same by putting a prop on a weed eater and sticking it in the drink.<br /><br />remote control boats use this method frequently. weed eater motor and a flex shaft and a prop

My trimmer has removable attachments. Maybe I should make a prop attachment to go along with the string trimmer and leaf blower attachments! Could modify the leaf blower attachment to be a jet pump! Now thats an idea!
