Crest pontoon quit running... dead in the water

I have a Crest pontoon with a 90 Force motor. Was out yesterday for only about 30 mins. Was just cruising along and it just quit. Will spin over, pumped the bulb and checked the line and it is getting gas. Will not fire. Battery box was full of water. What can I check at this point?
