I am heading to the James River on Father's Day for some Croaker Fishing. This will be the first trip on the James as well as for "Croaker". Any suggestions on locations, tactics or bait that has worked well recently?
Croakers LOVE bloodwoorms! How far down the James do you need to go to reach saltwater? I'm up in NOVA, and on the Potomac we need to get close to the mouth before the brackish turns to salt.
