Crownline 206LS prop change

2005 crownline 206ls, 4.3 (fuel injected 220hp) takes forever to get on plane. Looking for help from prop.
alpha 1 gen2, gear ratio 1.62, 14x20p 4 blade mercury alpha prop, wot 4800, rpm prior to plane 3000, top speed 48 (gps), length 21’, 3600lbs. Thanks for advice.

It is propped well, anything you change will have the possibilities of overrev. I'd personally add smarttabs. My deckboat is a little shorter than yours but almost as heavy, and it was slow to crawl out of the hole. Installed smarttabs, and made a world of difference.

Think you’re doing really well there with those numbers. Especially with a 4 blade. Must be a quick hull
