So I got a different boat a few years ago that has 1987 Crusader 270's. I thought I would have better luck than with the OMC Cobra I/O's that I had on my previous boat, as I assumed Crusaders where fairly popular. I have since come to find that it seems to be difficult to get any info about Crusaders, and I cant seem to find any service manuals anywhere.
If anyone knows where I can get a service manual, that would be appreciated. I am trying to find out what the TA timing should be. I just installed a Pertronix Ignitor kits on one engine.. runs a little rough at idle, but I want to time it out to 3K, but not sure what it should be. Among that, I would love a service manual just so, ya know, I can do other stuff when needed. (also wonder what the plug gap should be for AC MR-43T plugs .. if anyone knows)
