Crusader engine performance

Looking to buy a 1987 Trojan 32 flybridge cruiser with Crusader 270 HP engines. Taking a test ride first before hiring a mechanic to test engines. What kind of Max RPM should I expect to see, engine temps, and oil pressure. Engines are raw water cooled. Thanks.

I'd be looking for;<br />WOT rpms.....44/4800<br />temps.....145* to 180*<br />oil pres.... over 15psi at idle, less than 70psi at WOT<br /><br />Compression,+ vacuum tests will tell you alot...

Raw water cooling? On a 32' Trojan? Are you sure?
