well i know you can do campers yourself but i am not sure about a boat i am sure its the same thing.but after you do it a few times you will be hanging it overboard hahahahaha.its a messy job if you dont know how to do it.if the tank is clean (empty) now you might want to fill it with water and see what it takes to dump it yourself
