Cured Alot Of Problems

First Problem Key Switch. Second Problem ; Disrupter Switch On Shifter. Third Problem ; Carbs. All Fixed Now. However Motor Is Running Good But Needed Thermostats - Someone Had Removed Them ; So Motor Will Not Come To Temp And Idle Down. Have New Thermostats And Cap And Spring ; Do Not Want To Install Them Incorrectly - Does Any One Have Schematic Or Know Exactly How To Install Them? They Are Porcelain With Holes In Small End. Thanks.

The schematic on the brp site shows the tstat installed small end in the head opening. The spring open end to the tstat. o-ring seal for the cap.

Just follow the menus for your motor, should be in the crankcase schematic.

skeeter
cured the thermostat installation. now motor is idling at 1700 - 1800 rpm. will not idle down. any answers?
