Curious about tank size...

Curious to know what size fuel tank you guys are using. I need to buy a tank for my Evinrude 1969 40 hp Big Twin which i've got hanging on a 14ft 1969 Arkansas Traveler Comet. Space is a premium; was wondering if a 3 gal. tank would be enough or should i go for a 6 gal.?

They came with a 6 gallon tank, I don't think you would be happy with a 3 gallon tank, woun't get you very far.

I have a '69 40hp on the whaler. I frequently wish I had more than a 6 gallon tank.
