HI,
I am replacing the transom on my boat.

The boat is a 75 Wriedt jet boat.

I need to cut through the top hull rail above the transom to gain better access.

how do I do this? How do I pry it apart? I was thinking of using a die grinder with a cutting wheel and going around the seam through the fiberglass???

Do you mean a grab rail, or the rail that surrounds the boat? Also known as a rub rail?

it's a 75 but it looks most similar to the middle picture, the 72.
