D 9 turbo

One fo my turbos is slow to boost it will go to about 3 pounds and stop the other engine boost right on up about a minute or so the bad one will kick in and be fine tel you idle down all the way then you go through the same problem again,anyone out there had this happen.

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,.... Check the fuel filters, for water, on that motor....
