Dash rocker switches flashing....

I've got a Challenger 25' with Merc smartcraft guages and all my rocker panel switches have the lights flashing. However, no accessories will work, ie engine hatch, blower, radio, etc???? but the boat starts and runs.

I've got 2 Cole Hersee electrical panels, 1 in the engine compartment, the other behind the dash and a dual batt setup, never had a problem before yesterday. Could this be a fuse problem?

Any help is appreciated, also how can I open the engine hatch if I can't use the switch?

You must have a fuse or circuit breaker that is blown.

Thanks for thr reply, where might I start to look for the problem? I noticed today that all the switch lights are flashing except for the "cockpit lights" switch, could it be identifying the problem for me?

Also, I can't get into my engine bay as the hatch switch won't work, I guess that's why there are 2 panels.....
