De -Carb V6 200hp

Hi guys,
Whats the best way to de- carb a 200hp v6 merc, it runs fine and compression is good but as far as i am aware it has never been de-carbed , I have seen see foam and many other products but wanted to know the best method , is it just to run the cleaner in the fuel or i have seen people feed it direct into the carbs to clean it in one hit ?

Look in the FAQ above, it is probably most used method and as far I am concerned the BEST METHOD if done right.
