Dead battery 4.3 mercruiser

I have a 1994 4.3lx mercruiser, my problem is that after it sits in between weekends the battery is dead. It only has about 3 volts in it and I have tried new batteries with no luck. I am guessing current draw but where at and how do I test for it. Thanks for your help.

Put a meter on the battery and start pulling fuses to start with. If/when the voltage goes up you have isolated your draw.
