Dead trim and tilt

I have a 1984 Johnson 115 and the trim and tilt stopped working all together. There is no sound, motor running etc.., at the motor. I think it may be a problem with the switch in the remote. Or, could it be one of many problems that needs systematic testing. I don't have a manual for this motor yet.

I found corrosion in the relay box at the back of the motor and in the red wire w/ stripe leading to the box. It appears I will need to replace that short harness with the plug at beginning. Does anyone know if this harness is readily available and approximate cost ?
