I have a 1985 Evinrude 140 that I would like to spruce up, but the decals are discontinued. I have checked ebay & no one sells the ones I have & I kind of like it the way it is. Does anyone know where else I could look?

Some options. Contact SeaWay marine in the Seattle area. They buy up old OMC Dealer stocks and resell them. They have an 800 phone number and are probably on the web. Bombardier has software that links the inventories of a number of their dealers. Any dealer can inquire through this system to look another dealer's inventory. You may find the part that way. If your dealer won't help you, contact BRP parts direct through their customer service number.
Another possibility is people who make American flag/Evinrude decals for E-Tecs ... they typically don't have the E-Tec name, just Evinrude and a waving flag ... look really neat and available in a number of sizes.
