Put the Sea Foam directly into the fuel tank. The proportions are on the can (I think), if not, I would give her about 1oz. per gallon of fuel. The motor will smoke a bit but it will be getting cleaned out. It may take more than one application so, as a precaution, I always dump in a little Sea foam with every tankful.

The primer solenoid on your engine has a schrader valve designed to allow you to use aerosol products for de-carbon and fogging the engine.

You can use a variety of aerosol products such as SeaFoam's Deep Creep or BRP/Evinrude Engine Tuner, but you will need to pick up the $2.00 injector hose at your dealership: http://evinrude.cust.shopatron.com/product/0/763644/_/Injector_Valve_and_Hose_Assembly

Instructions for Engine Tuner are on the can.

The BRP product that use in the gasoline tank is called Carbon Guard.

No doubt, use this handy accessory.
