They definately can. Always keep your old ones and use them during a decarb or do it b4 you are about to replace the plugs anyways.

It says on the can, no need to change the plugs, as they'll be cleaned also?

Decarbing can remove large carbon deposits which have to pass through the engine and can stick into the gap in the plug. Replace them as suggested.

A decarb doesn't damage sparkplugs. It may foul them with carbon as already stated, but a good cleaning of the plug will remedy that. A decarb can clog recirculation valves and cause idle problems.

This is the first time I've heard of a decarb causing problems; can you elaborate on this? Thanks.

It doesn't do any damage, just breaks up crap that fouls the plugs, which yank and a little carb clean takes care of..might need to do it more than once too
