I am getting ready to set new stringers and I am trying to figure out my deck height. There is a ridge that runs up along the sides of the boat. The deck was originally just below this ridge. I would like to put it on top of the ridge, a difference of about 3/4 of an inch. Does anybody see a problem with this? It would just be easier.
The picture with the 2x4 laying accross is just how I would like to lay the new deck. In the other picture the yellow line is where it was, green is where I would like to put it. What do ya think?
