deep v

i currantly own a 96 four winns 205 sundowner but want a boat from the 70,s or 80,s can anyone tell me what boats were good for deep v and built well. would a 1976 24' fiberform cuddy fall into this group.

Sea Ray made a nice boat also back in that time frame. The one I recall was a friends' 18' deep V, closed bow, 165 Mercruiser, 45 mph with 4 and gear aboard, smooth as silk in a bad chop....pop 2 slaloms (big guys) out of the hole in a heartbeat.
