DELRAY...PLEASE HELP LADDIES LOGON!!

I have been trying to get logged on for a day and a half with no luck at all....everytime I try and get a new password it tells me that its an invalid username or password...my regular login is Laddies and you helped me the last time I couldnt get logged on...thanks again...Bob.
