desperatly looking for a wiring diagram-- 94 evinrude 15 hp

just bought it and was told its manual start only. i call BS i see a starter now i just need to know how to wire it up and see where the starter wire comes from it goes into the tiller handle somewhere.

also, looking for a charge wire for the battery.

The red from the rectifier should be the charge for your Battery. It charges it thru the main positive line from the battery.

thanks D! so, heres a dittle for ya, it has a elec. starter and no solenoid, but a place for one, do i need one or just use a temprorary switch? also, how do i KILL it? coil wire tapped into?

Yup gonna need a solenoid.

Do you have a button on your tiller handle to kill the engine on the tip of the handle and/or a emergency kill switch lanyard too?

I wanna say the Black wire with the yellow stripe is the kill wire. When that black/yellow stripe wire gets grounded it kills the coils. Should be a black and yellow wire coming from your powerpack. Im not %100 sure , Im at my friends house so give me sometime to make sure.
